Em, you are a culture vulture who has INVADED our space and pretty much bulldozed your way into our black spaces because someone felt it was a good idea to invite you to the cookout. Upon your invitation you have gotten entirely too comfortable in this space and with all the caucasity you mustered up enough bullish to insist that these two highly educated black women cannot use the word SHADY.

If you don’t know shady is and has been apart of URBAN vernacular for a long ass time, and the fact that you are going after Gizelle and Robyn over the name of their podcast ‘Reasonably Shady’ shows just how SHADY you are.

Seems like Marshall Mathers is on a whole ass legal mission to prove to the world he’s the real SHADY one by blocking their application with the US Patent and Trademark Office back on February 14th, 2023. Sources say Em is claiming that his brand will be “damaged” if Gizelle and Robyn are issued the trademark. Basically slim shady doesn’t want the name ‘Reasonably Shady’ to cause confusion for the people who have been rocking with the iconic rapper since the late 90s.

The lawsuit comes weeks after Gizelle and Robyn filed to trademark ‘Reasonably Shady’ so they can start selling merch like lip gloss, water bottles, hats, and socks. Werd is the green-eyed bandits have yet to publicly respond but must be prepared to his request by March 26th.
